Hi I am Jackie. For the past 25 years I have been a Herbalist, Nutritionist, Reflexologist, Iridologist and ATMS Fellow and have supported hundreds of people on their journey to improve their health. Whether that be addressing more complex chronic health conditions, or treating allergies, stress, digestive or skin conditions to help people live their best lives.

My journey into Naturopathy came from my own personal experience. I suffered lots of allergies whilst growing up and I turned to Herbal Medicine and iridology for some answers. I was amazed by the experience and even more thrilled with the results after taking prescribed herbs and changing my diet.

Since this time, I have been fascinated with healing the body through the use of food as Medicine and Herbal Medicines. I have dedicated my career to supporting people in this way.

Since 1999 I have practiced at Rocklily Natural Health Care and have forged many great relationships with my clients and have been able to support them through various stages of their lives. It is lovely to meet and treat various family members from babies to Grandparents.

I am known for my relaxed and compassionate style of consulting and look forward to welcoming new patients too!
When I am not at the clinic, you will find me out and about with my dog around Pittwater, or swimming at the beach.

At my clinic, I offer a wide range of services to address various health concerns. I specialise in treating conditions such as anxiety, asthma, colds, flu, skin conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis, as well as addressing stress and hormonal imbalances throughout life stages such as puberty, fertility (for both men and women), pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. Additionally, I provide support for childhood illnesses and conditions, menopause, auto-immune diseases, endocrine disorders, diabetes and thyroid conditions, and ailments commonly affecting the aging population such as arthritis, high cholesterol, gout, insomnia, urinary tract infections, and circulation problems.
